A cooperation agreement has been signed between the Saudi Aquaculture Society and the Innovators Center for Studies, Consulting, and Training to develop specialized programs, empower personnel, and support the aquaculture system with a sustainable impact.
The agreement aims to establish a framework for joint cooperation to design and implement a specialized training program in Residual Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
The program targets 20 trainees from small-scale farmers and those interested in the aquaculture sector, contributing to:
1- Enhancing the technical skills of those working in the sector
2- Developing national capabilities
3- Supporting sustainability in indoor aquaculture projects.
Areas of cooperation include:
1- Designing training programs
2- Nominating trainees
3- Conducting training
4- Building capacity and improving efficiency.
