The workshop was inaugurated by His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al Sheikhi, CEO of the National Program for the Development of .the Fisheries and Livestock Sector, in the presence of a number of specialists and those interested in the field

The workshop aims to introduce aquaculture systems and nutrition management in aquaculture projects, as well as policies in the field of aquaculture health and biosecurity in the aquaculture sector, and the project's operational plan. It also included practical training on how to withdraw and prepare samples and methods of preserving them.
