Today, Monday November 20th 2017, in cooperation with Ministry of Environment, Water, & Agriculture the Saudi Aquaculture Society held a a joint meeting at Movenpick Hotel Jeddah between a group of aquaculture companies representatives from Denmark and a number of Saudi new investors. The meeting aims to exhibit the opportunities of partnership and investment between the parties as well as showing experiences and services that can be provided to Saudi investors new aquaculture sector. 
The participating companies included the Danish Akva Group Co. which is one the most important and experienced companies in aquaculture fields including floating cages systems and accessories, fish hatcheries closed systems. The company is in the market for years through the agreements signed with Saudi Aquaculture Society. 
This step is one the significant programs implemented by Ministry of Environment, Water, & Agriculture with Saudi Aquaculture Society aiming to facilitate investment and accelerate the pace of investment to meet the requirements and strategies of development related to aquaculture according to Saudi Vision 2030 whose most important objectives is to reach the productivity 600.000 tons over the twelve coming years.
