Accrediting Fish Health & Safety Laboratory in Jeddah as a reference laboratory by the World Organization for Animal Health

World Organization for Animal Health "OIE" approved Fish Health & Safety Laboratory in Jeddah which belongs to Ministry of Environment, Water, & Agriculture to be the reference laboratory of aquaculture pathology in the Middle East. It shall control the inspections quality related to health and safety of aquatic products at national, regional, and international levels. 
This resolution comes within the events of the General Annual Course No. (85) of World Organization for Animal Health "OIE" held in the French capital "Paris" in association with a delegate of Ministry of Environment, Water, & Agriculture. 
 It is worth mentioning that approving Fish Health & Safety Laboratory in Jeddah as a reference laboratory of aquaculture pathology in the Middle East shows clearly the potentials and experience of this laboratory in the field at the Middle East level  as well as coping up the developments of this field internationally.
